Mr. Ikechukwu Uchendu
(Non-Executive Director)
A graduate of Electronics Engineering from University of Nigeria Nsukka , PG Lagos Business School and University Massachusetts graduate in Project Management. Heads MTN Network rollout in Nigeria . He stands as one of the key strategic board member at IT Service Africa.
Engr Egbert Imomoh
(Chairman)
Egbert Imomoh is former Chairman of both Afren Energy Resources Nigeria Limited and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc.
He trained as a Mechanical and Petroleum Engineer. He possesses over three decades’ experience with the Shell Group of Companies. He was until recently President of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) worldwide after serving on its board as its Regional Director for Africa.
Rita James
(Non-Executive Director)
Rita James started the company Merciport Resources Limited in 2007, at the time she was 27 years old. Under her direction, the company has grown to become one of the top three independent petroleum product marketers in the non-depot owner category in Nigeria.

(Co-Founder)
Joshua is a consummate professional with over 18 years’ experience in diverse fields. He is a PECB Certified QMS ISO 9001 Lead Implementer and Auditor, ISO 31000 Lead Risk Manager and Certified Continuous Improvement Manager. He is a skilled Business Analyst, with core skills in Business Process Development (Documentation) and Improvement, Project Management, Operational Risk Management and Leadership Development.
Ikechukwu Onwumere
(Founder)
Ikechukwu Onwumere worked with Guaranty Trust Bank as Network Infrastructure support staff and then moved to Investment One Financial Services. He worked under various portfolio under the technology division spear heading various critical project of the organization. He is an ITIL professional, ISO 27001 lead Implementer, Cisco Certified Network Professional with other global qualifications. Currently, Technical consultant at Tech4mation. Service delivery across the technology world remains his passion.
